Statement of Work

Focused and Smart Storytelling

Modern Media will execute a focused, efficient pilot to seek a ‘Pioneer’ for the eComNOW ShopToGive platform and test the shop-to-give ecommerce model. ShopToGive will contract with Modern Media in order to render strategy and marketing services. 

It is paramount to ideate and execute rapidly, seeking the right Pioneer to launch the ecommerce marketplace model. We will position ShopToGive for future, rapid growth thereafter.

Scope

Quickly develop, test and execute a new sustainable economic engine for charities, with the focus of this engagement on the first pilot “Pioneer.”

Strategy & Network Development

  • Define and establish Pioneer criteria

  • Define and execute Pioneer Pilot engagement

Marketing Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • End-to-end design and development of marketing campaigns for Pioneer and future charitable organizations

  • Video production for promotional and campaign-specific content

  • Implementation and optimization of marketing communication tools (CRM, email, SMS, etc.)

Performance & Reporting

  • Regular project progress updates

  • Performance tracking and analytics to measure campaign success

Stages of the Pioneer Pilot

These are suggested activities and assets to include in the Scope of Work for running a successful pilot.

    • Reporting and Optimal Timeline 

  • The following materials are included in the SOW. We will be able to expand or iterate depending on market response.

    1 Landing Page for Pioneer Targeting (1 version for presentation, 1 version for follow up email send - more detailed information)

    • Includes additional page for platform detail

      • Includes additional page for financial flow and modeling

      • Includes graphic creation and lite  branding

    • 1 Landing Page for Vendor Targeting 

      • Same additional pages as above

    • 1 Landing Page for Partner Targeting

      • Same additional pages as above

    1 Landing Page for Technology Platform Explanation

    1 90-second dynamic video: Video chapters to be cut together depending on who the video is for.

    • Script & Storyboard

    • Filming and Editing

    • (Most likely individual presenter with screen share assist speaking through different components of the opportunity)

    1 PDF leave-behind with further information 

  • Continuous outreach and meetings held to discuss ShopToGive ecommerce donation model.

    (Examples include: YMCA, Boys and Girls Club, Augie’s Quest, Etc)

  • Pioneer Marketing Plan created, outlined and executed for eCom and Pioneer. Example of omnichannel campaign included below.

    • Partner set up - financial information, website materials, vendor supply, complete testing 

    • Marketing Campaign Outline and Execution

      • Video of campaign: “The Why” with Executive Director or other Influential Pioneer Leader

        • Deployed across several marketing channels

      • Number of dedicated email sends (3-4), 

      • Social posts & reels provided, 

      • One time advertising campaign boost (Meta) 

        • Retargeting from webpage

        • Ad copy and design included

      • Partner newsletter blurb

      • [Partner website] Webpage banner copy & webpage pop up prompt

      • Blog post

      • PR pitch and blurb — pilot for ongoing sustainable revenue for charities 

        • Send to 5-10 news sources in area

        • Send to 5 blogs 

  • Project review and recommendations for scaling the ShopToGive platform. Scale plan delivered at project completion.

Compensation

6-Month Retainer, option for 60-day cancel at beginning of month 4 and on

  • Option to continue month-to-month thereafter at same terms or amended terms agreeable to both parties; 30-day notice

  • $16,500 retainer / month

  • 1% topline revenue in perpetuity 

  • Equity incentive - to be discussed
